"The room had great mics and speakers but be warned if you are singing mostly English songs. They just put YouTube on the iPad with ads and no way to queue songs so a lot of time is wasted. The keyboard input would also break often and we needed to restart the program over and over. There is also an automatic 18% gratuity for the rooms themselves (we only bought shots at the bar) so expect to pay more than the listed room prices"

"This is an awful, profit focused establishment that does not have any benefit to the customer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to do karaoke here, I’ve done it in many places around the city—customer service is terrible. I have family visiting the city, and it left such a bad impression that the evening was nearly ruined for those seeking an authentic Chico experience. I’m so disappointed, and wish i would have supported a number of the other nicely run karaoke facilities in Chinatown. There is no greeting once you walk in the door, employees are sitting and eating noodles, and there is generally no interest in those who decide to patronize this business. If you read nothing else, understand this: your money will be better spent elsewhere. And you will be communicated with as a paying customer should be."

"We have been here many times. My friends and I are having a birthday party here. DJ is very professional. The service staff is not very enthusiastic, but it is not bad. We ordered a lot of wine and a lot of snacks. Nothing is wrong. It's just that wine is more expensive. But they also sent us a box of wine and a pile of fruit. We spent a lot of money, but we didn't know the details because it was very lively. And many people are drunk. The only bad thing is that the toilet is too dirty to be cleaned in time. We only have one toilet in the box, so we have to go to the public. Such an expensive place should need a person who is responsible for hygiene. But everything is fine. "I came to Chicago from nyc, it is my first night life here. Amazing service and nice atmosphere!!!! So much fun here!!! The drinks are so cheap, beer is only 5.5$ so cheap, damn it is double in nyc you know!!! Very worthy place anyway"
