"Rantoul walgreens is incompetent. After being on a med for 22 years, Rick sent refill request to wrong doctor's office then refused to provide an emergency dose even though his mistake meant 4 days without a drug that can't be abruptly stopped. I will give up the drive thru in exchange of a competent pharmacist. Rick has argued with me, talked down to me & hung up on me this evening. This location is pathetic. I can't stand any of the staff; no professionalism."
