"I was very shocked about the lack of towels and other amenities that was needed to stay a weekend here. We requested towels and they said we had to wait because they are doing laundry Location has alot of construction terrible roads"

"Got a room for a few months for my family and this was my outcome usually this location would be my go to but since the way the room and bathroom looks and everything broke and popping of is ridiculous we really need to fix the issues and not have issues with the new one coming next to it. Parking also worst parking ever should be more parking less grass and more fixed up rooms and pool area and gym area than there is worst 200$ plus and no money back when this is from the same way they left it when I showed up with my family"

"Bad experience from beginning to end! The road going into the facility was full of potholes, the entrance was dirty and the whole area looked shady. The clerk was friendly but I was not greeted promptly. I went the the room to check out things before we got our stuff out of the car. The room was "clean" but smelled like smoke and filth. Everything is outdated!!!! the door to the room was broken (you have to lift the door to close it). The toilet seat wobbled!.... I asked for a refund but was denied. I rather lose the $150 for the night than to stay at this dump."

"This hotel is the worst I ever. The entrance to the hotel is terrible with gravel road and potholes , the dividing fence strewn with paper and debris....not inviting. I was told that construction for a new hotel is in progress near but this is no excuse for the terrible outside appearance. My relatives moved in there on 7/18/ 23 and the rooms were no better. The first 2 rooms (122 & 124) they were transferred to had holes and tears in drapes, carpet was dirty with stains and the bathroom door was hanging off the hinges. Requested transfer again and was in room 224 same issue with torn drapes, hole in the comforter and finally last transfer to room 226. Since we could'nt find alternate accommodation with such short notice we tolerated this mess for 3 nights. Management should update the hotel profile to honestly represent. We were unable to complain to the manager for a partial refund for the inconvenience because he was "out of the country. " My relatives paid $25 for early arrival and did not get acceptable rooms until the 7/20 the day before checkout. What a terrible experience. Disgusting."

"Checked in for a family reunion 6/30 and the hotel had no hot water or clean towels. No manager came to talk to us about the issue and they kept the hotel open under these unsanitary conditions. Cigarette butts in the window seals and just overall dirty. I checked in for one night to sleep and left the next morning. Would not recommend. Holiday Inn is right up the road and much cleaner. (No availability or i would’ve went there)"
