Dirty hallways , poor management, non working laundry machines , non stop inspections , always threats of towing ur car for ridiculous reasons .Be prepared to be charged a huge amount of money when u move . They will comb through the place and look for any and everything to charge you with Do not live here !"

"terrible place to live , about 2-3 washer machines and 5 dryers that take 2-3 cycles just to get dry clothes . hallways are very outdated and dirty , it takes forever for them to fix anything (air conditioning , stove , etc) living there really feels like your in the slumps of oak forest . don’t even get me started on the management , constant useless inspections , and incredibly excessive fees once you move . if your thinking about even changing the smallest thing such as cabinet knobs they charge over 100 dollars for some little knobs . constant shady stuff going on , as well as multiple cases of police cars showing up with lights in the middle of the night . this place is the worst option for an apartment in oak forest . DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!"

"All in all, my stay was okay. The apartment was VERY old and tired, run down a bit. Management was not difficult for me to work with though I have heard the opposite from others. My issue, and it is a BIG issue is, the apartment above me flooded and completely saturated my ceiling, walls, carpet and linoleum flooring. Told Management in writing of the issue. Nothing was done and no follow up to see or do anything about the damage. Started sneezing and having a lot of allergy symptoms only in the apartment. All of this is in video and photo's. Stayed in a hotel about 6 miles away for a month hoping it would get better, but it was the same whenever I would return to the apartment. wrote a letter with my final month rent (this was finally three months total in a hotel with no response from management) that I actually spent paying for a hotel. Letter stated all of the issues again and that I would no longer be staying there for all of the above listed reasons. They did absolutely NOTHING to help when I needed it and I was never contacted after leaving. Now I get a letter from a collection agency trying to collect for the time after I left. UNBELIEVABLE lack of integrity. Cannot deliver a safe, clean apartment, but want your end regardless. Left the place clean and sanitized, way better than when I began living there. Would NEVER recommend staying there under any circumstances. Unethical and not willing to do the most basic maintaining of the apartments. Shame on them!!"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place changes management way too often been here 7 years and on our 5th one, current maintenance is so unprofessional, rude and just nosey. The current manager Marcella is very sneaky, rude and condescending. If she knows she's being recorded she changes her attitude quickly. Their annual inspections are unlawful and she will write down things that are her personal opinion and not an actual concern to the property. Hopefully they get a new manager that is actually good at customer service and not just here to do the bare minimum for pay. If you have to move here be prepared for termites on the balconies and they just paint over them never maintenance them & old washers and dryers they went up on cost to wash and dry but will not update the washers and dryers. This place is really living up to what they call the projects of oak forest."
