They give you the impression that they are diligently working to coordinate perspective landlords. This is not truth at all. Your application is shopped around and you are competing with numerous of other applicants. This is quite challenging for individuals who may have a blemish or two on their credit reports. As a result, a family could lose thousands of dollars just in application fees. I have since successfully secured a lease. I just want to provide food for thought."
