"Absolute waste of money. I literally have seven different things picked up by other imaging within the past three years that absolutely should have been picked up on the Prenuvo scan that were not. Not one single one! Based on them missing seven of seven issues (and they were pointed out to them as others have mentioned), I have zero faith and confidence in the scan overall. Prior to scheduling I asked if due to health or weather I needed to reschedule outside of the 72 hours if they would allow that (because as anyone traveling to Chicago in January knows, you don't want to risk $2500 when you can't reschedule due to snow storm). I called the day before to reschedule and they said if I did, I would lose my 50% deposit. They are *super* attentive to you prior to getting your money. After, forget it. A friend of mine is a radiologist so after the fact, I told her I did this and all she could do was shake her head. Don't waste your money. The scan results came back day 15 - 100% worthless. I will be really curious to see how long this company can stay in business. My guess is it will be a very short time."
"After years of anticipation (I've been on the prenuvo list since the Chicago location was just an idea), I went in for my scan today. I filled out my paperwork weeks in advance, took the day off of work, arranged carpools for my kids, and drove an hour away to the new Midwest location. So imagine my disappointment when I waited in my private waiting room for nearly an hour, only to be sent home, with no scan. Turns out that even though I completed the medical paperwork in advance, no one had read it or prepared for my visit. I was asked for proof of prior surgeries that I was unprepared for. And when I was sent home, it was as though it was no big deal. No one apologized for a full day wasted, for my long wait, for the fact that I've now paid a lot of money for a procedure that I now have to spend hours gathering paperwork for, or for the very disappointing fact that I set aside a day for this scan and it was all a waste. The whole process felt unprofessional and haphazard. I am very, very disappointed."
"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. It's been exactly one month since my scan and I still don't have the results, yet their website says 5-15 business days. When I email asking about it, they reply with an auto generated response saying they're "slightly delayed." Slightly??... If being this far behind is your new norm, you should probably hire more radiologists (or contract the work out) in order to read the scans in a timely manner. My doctor has ordered a new scan at my local hospital because she says this one is outdated, since so much time has passed and since my symptoms have changed significantly within that time. Thanks Prenuvo, for absolutely NOTHING."
"I was in a few weeks ago for a full body MRI scan. Mary at the reception was very hospitable including all the other staff. The scan was quite loud and you have to hold still but definitely worth the time and financial investment to have some peace of mind over your health. After the scan it only took a few days to get the results and they were quite easy to understand. I'll be back in the future to make sure that I continue to do everything I can to keep an eye on my health."
