"If it were possible to post this feedback with 0 stars, I would. Called at 7:50p to verify closing time due to my child’s injured ankle. Was told if we’re in the door by 8p, he could be seen. Called at 7:59p to relay that we were literally pulling onto Enterprise Dr. Receptionist coldly replied, “We close at 8p.” I said ok, we’re pulling into the parking lot. She replied, “We are closed” and hung up the phone. I’m still stunned. I understood I was taking a chance, but how unprofessional and uncaring. As we pulled up, we could see the receptionist running to lock the door. We also saw three families in the sitting area so I also understood in that moment why it was not desirable to take additional patients, but simply say that. I tried to call back to get her name but was hung up on twice after pressing 1 for the receptionist. And this is an establishment that is supposed to be caring and care for children?!?! There is always a way to communicate in grace, even when the message is not what someone wants to hear, especially when you’re dealing with sick children and worried parents."
