"She do not listen! My baby was projectile vomiting every time I fed her. This lady made me try Enfamil, Nutramigen, similac alimentum powder, Similac alimentum ready to feed, and after I called for the 5th time they tried to put my baby back on Enfamil. By this time my baby has lost weight! My baby was 2-3 months old when I switched to another doctor who actually listened to me and did something! The new doctor referred her to a GI doctor and she sent my baby to get an Esophageal 24-hour pH test (something she should have done instead of having me come back and forth to her clinic knowing I just had a baby) and come to find out my baby had an allergy to soy and she could ONLY tolerate EleCare!"

"I asked for the corporate office number because the secretaries tried to make me wait from 10:30 until 2:30 on an appointment I scheduled for 10:30. They would not give me the number. I called before I arrived at the office because the text I received did not have the time I scheduled. They told me to come in. I got there before 10:30. They told me that my baby and I could set in the waiting room until 2:30 because the schedule is full Dr. B has to go on lunch. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they lied and wasn’t remorseful. I hope the calls are recorded because I want this incident investigated! I am documenting everything and reporting them. I have called the office plenty of times and did not get an answer! I am never taking my baby back there!"

"Her secretaries are unprofessional and mix up appointment times. At a previous appointment I asked the nurse to ask Dr. B to come back in and check my baby for thrush. Instead of checking him, she sent the nurse back in to tell me she sent a prescription in for thrush. She didn’t check him. Instead I went home and did research and realized that my baby didn’t have thrush, so I wiped his tongue and never gave him the medication. She is very quick to write s prescription to get you out of her hair. If you’re looking for an attentive and caring doctor and OFFICE, I suggest you go elsewhere."
