"I put in a referral, someone else did for me as well to set up services (counseling) and I never heard anything. I contacted them weeks later and was told they had tried to call me (they didn't) and that they would have the lady call again which she never did. I went to the family fun fest at the boys and girls club and took that opportunity to follow up one last time (3 months later) and once again have heard nothing. Really disappointing but it is what it is. Thankfully there are other places to obtain therapy."
