"I have been a frequent loyal customer, typically enjoy coming here, and supporting a small business, even though prices are higher than larger businesses. The employees know my face. However, I lost my debit card last week, and I am waiting for a new card in the mail. I brought $20 in laundry quarters to pay for a bottle after a rough week. Nobody else was in the store, so I would not be holding up the line. The employee, who is always rather cold and unfriendly, told me that he will not accept the quarters as a form of payment. That is fine. That is their choice as a business. So I took myself to Kroger, got a bottle for 20% cheaper, and they were happy to take my quarters. I don't appreciate the lack of customer service, especially towards someone who is a frequent customer, so I will continue going elsewhere to get my alcohol for cheaper."
