"We've had 2 job coach's already. The 1st one, Nina, was amazing. We loved her. Very professional very sweet. Loved her job that's why she was so good. Job coach we have now, Niyanna, terrible. Sorry girl but you need a new job/profession. This is not for you. You're not sociable at all. You seem uncomfortable/awkwardness around my daughter. She has texted you a couple times now, with no reply. The 2 times she did see you, you scheduled 1-2 days before. We can't go on with our schedules or lives because we don't know when Niyanna will decide to take my daughter out job searching. TradeWinds, do better with hiring people! They're VERY unprofessional."

"This entire establishment is SO unprofessional!!!! I absolutely loathe a company that refuses to keep effective communication when it comes to applying for a position. And the most mind boggling part about this is that the position HAS YET to be even filled for almost a year now!!! But then they have the audacity to keep hanging a hiring banner on the side of their building…a complete joke. I have called several times to get an update on my application status and no one returns your call after you’ve been bounced around 6 different departments. I would just like to know if I’m under qualified or overqualified or simply if you have just moved on to another candidate all together. I had to show up to an open interview opportunity to discuss my experience…AND THIS IS EHEN I REALIZED WHY I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK…I thought that I would love to work for this type of environment, considering my experience in the field…but I would not be surprised by the employment satisfaction of this organization, because if you’re treating interested qualified candidates like this, I can only imagine how you’re treating your current employees. I’ll pay attention to this red flag and protect my losses."

"They are so rude and disgusting when it comes to applying for a job, iv'e applied to this job months ago with no email back as to if i had gotten or had not gotten the job. They don't email or call individuals back, and they are so rude when you call to check on the application status you can't speak with anyone or even be directed to a hiring manager I was told that if i were to come in that I would not be able to speak with a manager no one would speak with me and that I need to wait on them to contact me. It's been like 6 months now and no one has contacted me, they advertise these billboards and signs about hiring but don't hire anyone or even call them back to at least tell them they decided to go with another applicate. The lady on the phone sounded like a older lady and she was so extremely rude I would not recommend individuals to trust there children who have disabilities to even go here if that is how they treat people so sad."

"Tradewinds Services, Inc. was my first "Big Girl Job", post university. "The thing of it is", in life you have to play the cards you are dealt. Tradewinds Services, Inc. is all about rehabilitation. I learned to assist individuals of all abilities with finding employment in the community. "You have to get that money" and everyone deserves the opportunity to be apart of the workforce. "Your life is different when you have money" and inclusion is key. I took pride in making sure I came to work on time , completed my paperwork, mileage reimbursement forms, and job coached. I spent A LOT of time in public libraries and employment centers helping job seekers look for meaningful employment. As a highly trained employment specialist, it was all about creating a resume that highlighted strengths. I transported job seekers to interviews, despite rain or "sunshine". It was always amazing to submit "a notice of job offer". My direct supervisor, colleagues, and associates were really great at giving me honest, specific feedback! For three long years (2017-2020), I learned the "Spirit of Tradewinds" , similar to the: "Meaning of Christmas". It means to give , pay it forward, grow , and get up when you fall. I watched job seekers excel on their jobs and advocated and encouraged; when things got tough! Our direct supervisor taught the philosophy of preventative measures "putting the proper supports into place". Tradewinds Services, Inc. can help with YOUR advertising needs such as printing, custom t-shirts, business cards, and SO MUCH MORE. The facility is inviting, large, well kept, and very much secure. There are a lot of agencies in "Da Region" . Tradewinds Services, Inc. is WELL RESPECTED. Lastly, Tradewinds Services, Inc. taught me that sometimes you just have to pick an outfit, smile, and rip the runway!
