"This Crackle Barrel experience was horrible. When asking about appetizer was told could only get fried pickles. Then Waitress stated she would go ask someone. After wait 10 mins Waitress did not return. Waitress referred to my daughter as "the kid" when talking our food order. Had to ask for refills on our tea When meal arrived was hard and dry. We asked for corn muffins and she brought us biscuits. The whole meal our Waitress was just rude."

"Always love this place always good atmosphere. Waitress wasn't attentive at all didn't take dishes or anything from our table didn't have napkins and never brought my wife the full breakfast menu and still waited 15 minutes for a drink order. Still cracker barrel is an awesome place to take family and they serve good food."

"We came during lunch rush, so it was busy and had to wait to be seated. Our server, Bri, was absolutely amazing though and probably was the best experience we ever had at a Cracker Barrel. She gave us great food recommendations and even though she was busy came to talk to us and have a conversation a few times. She was just very genuine and we would 100% come back just because of her!"

"So been to Cracker Barrel several times. Seemed that service was okay not as great as I have before and my chicken was a on the dry side tonight. This is why not a 5 start rating. I set the expectations high being from Alaska and can only get this wonder if a place when I visit. This location does have all you would want in a Cracker Barrel. We purchased an item in the store and enjoyed the food and friends while there. What else can you ask for at a good restaurant? Dishes to try - Chicken Fried Chicken or Chicken Fried Steak are my favorites. Can’t lose with those AND MAKE SURE TO ORDER the apple butter."

"Waited a whole hour on food this afternoon 8/28/13. Me and hubby food was cold. Had waitress to take food back. I ordered southern fried chicken they reheated chicken instead of making fresh, chicken crust was hard as a rock. Chicken no season and dry, my sides, mashed potatoes and dumplings not hot and no steam!!! Hubby meat loaf over cooked and cold and his sides!! Manager took cold meat loaf and brought him out a half done meat loaf No season the worst Cracker Barrel we ever been to!! Will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT CRACKER BARREL. The Manager and Cooks need to be terminated!!! My hubby is a cancer patient and was hungry to be served some DOG FOOD like that!! We left that mess right on the table!! I’m heart broken that we were served old, cold and nasty unseasoned food!! DO NOT GO THERE!! This the 1st review I ever did on a Cracker Barrel!! Please be aware!! Renee Williams"
