"Dr Jain is a great physician. Been going to him since my daughter was born as a preemie in 2014. She is diagnosed as asthmatic due to her preemie birth and he's taken great care of her since birth. Never had an asthma attack (knock on wood) All my 4 kids go there. They usually get us in when the kids are sick as soon as possible. He actually listens when I talk to him about each kid's issues. The nurse practitioners are great too."

"I have been going to this clinic for 3.5 years and the reason I chose this place in the first place was that there were no other options available at the time of my toddler's birth. The doctor seems friendly but when it comes to getting the service you need for your child, he is simply careless. My son is showing signs of speech delay ever since he turned 2 and for all these times, I was never offered to talk about his symptoms and only when I ask, he would simply respond to my questions not providing any solutions. Waiting for almost a year, I got him to send a referral to a speech therapist from whom I haven't even received a call for 5 months now to make the first appointment and when I told him about it, he would just say it could be because of Covid and that was it. Two weeks ago, I called the office and asked if we could just stop waiting and move on to at least get him checked for developmental delays and I still haven't gotten a call back from the doctor yet about this problem. I have been putting up with this office thinking the doctor is at least friendly even though the place was filthy and the receptionists were rude but now we feel very frustrated and we are leaving the office. PS. Not only dr. Jain but also the CRNP don't seem to check the chart before they examine the child. They all precribed him with something that he wasn't supposed to get at his age and only corrected themselved after I told them his age. So unprofessional!"

"Dr. Jain was so kind to us. He goes far and beyond out of his way to cheer my daughter up before her shot. He was so kind and I am so impressed with him. He is a wonderful Doctor. The nurse that gave my daughter the shot was so nice and kind. She was wonderful. She also was so patient with us and calmed my daughter down. I highly recommend this office and Dr to anybody. We drive 45 min. to go see them because they are so wonderful."
