"We scheduled our appointment one week in advance. We filled out the pre-appointment paperwork before arriving and showed up on time with our 2 week old. One hour and 40 minutes later, they told us that we would not be seen that day because two nurses went home early with sick kids. This revelation should have been shared upon arrival or, better yet, before we got there. Multiple other families came in, were seen, and left while we waited. The complete disregard and lack of consideration for our family and our time was mind blowing."

"We've always had great, honest service here. Dr. Curtis was fantastic with all of our kids, and his team always provided quality service. Pediatric dentists see a lot of fibbers, and he helped us counsel ours on the importance of brushing and flossing. Would definitely recommend."

"My daughter has been seeing Dr. Curtis since she was 4 weeks old when we had to get her tongue tie revised. As a new mom of course I was nervous about the revision but Dr. Curtis was very professional and gave us great advice about how to care for my daughter and her teeth. We have been seeing them every 6 months since then and Dr. Curtis has always been just as professional and caring. Yesterday was my daughters 2 year old appointment and even though my daughter was scared of someone else brushing her teeth, Dr. Curtis was very quick and efficient at cleaning her teeth and singing a special baby shark song to make her feel more comfortable. I keep reading reviews about how people are saying Dr. Curtis is mean or unprofessional and I honestly have a hard time believing it. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. He is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring and has been with my daughter for the last 2 years. We look forward to every visit!"

"My child was a patient here about 2 years ago so this is a late review but running across this, I want to share because our experience was terrible. My daughter is terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Curtis knew this coming in and still was not comforting or compassionate at all. He was ill the entire time with her. You can’t have a scared child do what you want them to do if you’re cold towards them the entire time. Being a pediatric dentist, this should be normal to him but between my experience and other reviews it’s clear he lacks patience for children. He made me feel at fault for her reaction to him when it was clearly his demeanor. The dental assistant was no help either. She wouldn’t hardly speak and when she did it was very direct. He went on to tell me that he will not take my daughter as a patient as they weren’t a good fit. I was okay with this as my mind was already made up that I would never bring her back anyway. That was the only thing we were in agreement about. I would never recommend this office to anyone and hope some will take this review into consideration before choosing to call this place."

"My daughter had to have tongue and lip tie release when she was 8 days old. We were referred by my lactation consultant. I was terrified, but Dr. Curtis did an amazing job. His knowledge and guidance helped me feel better about the procedure and healing process. When I took her back at 6 months old, he was great with her. I am looking forward to our 1 year check up in a couple of days. I would recommend Dr. Curtis to anyone with young children."
