"If you’re wanting to make your pet tags you’ll need to purchase them at the register first. There were three issues that have resulted in the poor rating. When I went to purchase one of my tags it rang up higher than the display price and the cashier was able to fix it after calling over a manager. I figured this process would take a few mins so not a big deal. Then I went to use the kiosk which is where things got interesting… On tag one, I was almost through the whole process when I decided I wanted to reorder the contact information. This small change was difficult and the kiosk touch screen was not very responsive. It cased me to completely start over. The technology for this is clearly very dated. There is no way to reorder or copy paste like on a tablet. After what seems like 20mins I had my first tag. On the second tag the machine went on the fritz and the display kept going completely black as I was attempting to enter the information. After a lot of anxiety and mumbled curses it finally printed and I was on my way. It did the job, but the machine needs some maintenance attention to keep it in working order."
