"Entry and exit doors are NOT user friendly for customers lugging large packages in and out. Especially while using a cart !!! Do BETTER UPS ! You have the means to fix this PITA issue for your Customers!"

"2nd time in less than a week, driver either delivered the wrong package to my house or delivered my package to someone else’s house. Retrain your seasonal workers and on the other hand all you doing is matching the address on package to the house, really sad they can’t comprehend basic reading instructions."

"The automated system is not the solution! They will not allow you to speak to an actual person concerning your delivery status. Delivery drivers are not updating their route progress during the day and are falsely reporting delivery attempts. USPS is more accessible and accountable, not much better. REAL PEOPLE NOT COMPUTERS AND AUTOMATION !!!!!!!"

"No note on the door saying they tried to deliver, was sitting at home all day waiting on my package. If you didn't get to drop it off, just say that instead of lying about it. Now I have to wait for my package."

"Not only did they not follow through and deliver my next day air package, but when I called at 1:30 I was told it was on the truck and I’d definitely receive it. No delivery attempt was made, and in this case the driver didn’t even lie saying he made an attempt. It was returned to this location which of course is closed on the weekend so they’re saying oh we’ll deliver it Monday now. Get people that want to work and do their jobs or don’t bother promising anything, and to clarify this review is specifically for this location!"
