"Placed the online order and told it would be ready in 18 minutes. I got there and waited 45 minutes!!! They knew I was there. They indicated my order had been given to someone else and it was being remade. HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE!!! When I got my pizza I asked if it was hot and was assured it was--I noticed they finally picked up one that had been sitting out. The pizza was NOT hot. it was good AFTER i warmed it in the microwave. If I had not already paid for it online I would have walked out and gone to another pizza place! If you want a hot pizza order that is on time DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT"
"Avoid this place at all cost. Customer service is slow. Food is never prepared right. No one never answers the phone. The lobby door is always locked so you can't speak with anyone. The drive thru is narrow preventing you from getting out of line after waiting 35 minutes in line. I would give this place and it's employees a 0 if I could. Go to dominoes, Marcos, papa John or just forget about pizza if you have to get it from here. You better off going to the gas station and getting a personal pan. This place SUCKS"
"Excellent service, delicious food. I had never been to a Pizza Hut that served pizza this good. Crunchy crust, well cooked pizza, well melted cheese, very tasty ingredients, amazing costumer service, clean environment, nice Hallooween decorations and treats. The last time I had such a great experience with Pizza Hut was 6 years ago. Loved this place."
