"I am a student at Tuskegee University who tries to use the bus transportation system when it’s available but the drivers usually don’t stop at the locations provide by the university. First, the owner should learn how to take costumers complainants without cutting them off and not letting them talk. Second, this problem will definitely be brought up to the University since the bus has often driven by stops without parking for a moment, then one of the drivers has threatened to kick out students and leave them on the side of the road because they “smell”, and how does a bus schedule change and the students or proctors aren’t notified. I would give this service 0/5."

"If there was an option for more stars I would have chosen it. David Sadler was so gracious when our return flight to Atlanta was delayed. He got us back to Montgomery safely and comfortably despite the early morning hour. I look forward to using Concierge Service again!"

"Awful! Awful! Awful! Very unprofessional! If you have the time to constantly call, text and email someone then this may be the place for you. Mike not sure if he is the owner or not however I phoned him several times asking for a quote so a deposit could be made. Each time he gave a different answer and that's only when he decided to answer the phone. I've been emailing and calling this company since November and has yet as of today to receive a quote, although the company's website states a quote will be emailed within one hour of you requesting information!!!"
