"I’m a travel nurse broke down in the parking lot here at this post office at this moment waiting on roadside assistance and a male employee just came out and threatened me if I didn’t move immediately. I showed him the policy papers and he heard me on the phone with roadside assistance but threatened me anyway."
"Constantly get the wrong mail. I even have 2 notes from the carrier! on the inside of my box!! I have called and spoke to someone 3 times about this. And still get the wrong mail. I requested only mail with my name to be delivered and they even put a note that states how the mail with "or current resident" is my mail as well. So I have stopped complaining about that mail. But to no avail when I awoke this morning... THE WRONG MAIL!!!!!! WITH NO "OR CURRENT RESDIENT" ON IT. They seem to have some excuse or another as to why this keeps happening!! I'm sure the excuse this time will be how they had a sub for my route once again. But this time they can't read the plainly written instructions. Sad when I decided to have all of my mail forwarded to Robertsdale's Post Office to get picked up because they can follow instructions. Will no longer check my mailbox."
"I read all the other reviews and most of them are over a year old. I've been using this post office for 3 years now. There has been a lot of improvement in the past year. I will continue using them and recommending them."
