"Ordered a large meat lovers pizza for delivery, received a cheese pizza. Called them, they acted confused. Drove back to the actual store with the plain cheese pizza and the response was " my bad" . Why do I pay extra for delivery charges when I had to drive there to get the correct pizza I ordered? This isn't the first time this has happened. You just lost a loyal customer of 7 years."
"I recently ordered from Marcos Pizza, and I must say, their pizza was absolutely delicious! It was hot, cheesy, and had the perfect balance of flavors. Also, the delivery driver was super fast to deliver my order. It arrived at my doorstep in no time! I want to also mention that I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the delivery bag and found paper plates included. It was a thoughtful gesture.
