"Dr Nazareno is a good doctor, but i feel you have to jump through hoops for her to do anything outside an office visit. If you need services or medical equipment - be prepared to pay for it yourself even if your insurance will cover it. She will not write the prescription. Supposedly they have this new process where a nurse calls you every month to do a wellness check, waste of time the nurse still has to run everything by the dr., which could take days if she even responds. Then it turns out to be a doctor's visit, regardless if you have just been seen???"
