"I have lost all respect for this office. At first I loved it. The office feels clean, people were nice. But they first agreed to let me do a delayed schedule for vaccines, and then the next appt changed their minds, saying that they're "required" to do them or they "can't put food on their own table." By the way, they aren't actually required, i'm pretty sure they just get more money if they do them. I asked if I could have my kids seen just when sick and deal with the vaccines with another doctor, which they said "of course they wouldn't turn away a sick child," but today they refused to see my sick child because they don't have proof he's vaccinated up to their standards. If you want to be in charge of your own children's healthcare and vaccinate according to your own conscience, go elsewhere. It's worth the drive to Auburn to see doctors that won't be condescending."

"New to the area and needed to establish care to get a referral for a specialist for my child. Saw Dr. Scott and was very disappointed in the care we got. He didn’t like that I had already chosen a specific provider for the referral and told me he was sad I wasn’t going to get the care my child deserved. There is no way for him to know that. I didn’t ask for his opinion. I did my own research because it’s my child and I know what’s needed. He’s a medical provider, and therefore more knowledgeable especially when it comes to other providers, but I didn’t appreciate being told I was wrong in my choice. It’s not his business. We got the referral but we will not be going back. I know he thinks he was being helpful but he was not."

"I cannot sing enough praises for Dr Scott. I’ve never had a Dr go more out of his way to help my children. From listening to concerns about ADHD, asthma, to giving his cell phone number so I could reach him an emergency, to seeing my daughter on a Sunday when an urgent care Dr freaked me out about me of my daughters, to catching an infection that a different Dr missed. He’s never made me feel like I’ve brought my children in for things that aren’t important but instead has given so much kind hearted reassurance in scary situations and seriously gone above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable in the office. We seriously feel like we found the best pediatrician in Alabama. Cannot recommend enough."

"I normally do not write reviews, however I have to give praise when praise is due and Kamerian Tillman deserves it. She helped make the new patient registration for my son, easy. I had to complete everything by email and phone, due to me being out of town and she was so understanding and made sure we had everything needed before his appointment time that day! "We have been going to professional pediatrics for almost six years since our first daughter was born. Now we have two daughters we take and we can get in the same day for sick visits and they have always been great. Dr Drennen has been there for them both."
