"Had been going to the practice for years and was a bit skeptical when my dentist retired. However the new Dr's and staff have been very good. I had a bit of a dental emergency and they really went the extra mile to get me in as soon as possible, which I greatly appreciate. Didn't have to wait long, front and back staff were courteous and professional. And they are working with me to get my mouth fixed in a timescale I can afford. Really pleased so far."

"BE AWARE!! I went into this location March 2023 . Initially I just wanted a cleaning and a wisdom tooth removed. The dentist did an x-ray and made me Aware that I needed a root canal. Shortly after she recommended a treatment plan which included a Bridge. I had two teeth removed to prepare for a Bridge. Fast forward to September 2023 I went into the office to have my Bridge installed. When I tried the Bridge it was extremely heavy and the teeth were large. I didn't like it so they said they would have another one made. Went to my last visit October 2023 and the Bridge seemed even bigger from the last time. I asked for the dentist who recommended my treatment plan because she showed me a model with the vision she had to improve my smile. They said she no longer works there.I decided to remove myself as a patient. It has been over 7 months and they have billed my insurance over 9 thousand dollars... I felt like they were just doing an insurance scam because I'm still in need of a Bridge. My teeth are currently shaved down like pencil tips. I've been crying and ashamed to open my mouth.
