"Terrible place to pickup or deliver. You have to check in via text only. I was there at 7am for 8:30 appointment. Texted them to check in at 7 and had to wait for 45 minutes just to get a response. Then they told me appointment was for 1 pm. I sent them a screen shot of broker email confirming my appointment time. They gave me a door right away only to load me at their own time ie 1 pm. No restrooms for drivers. Avoid this place if you can."
