"They tried to deliver my package to the wrong house, or I’m assuming anyways since they canceled my order stating that the customer refused the package. I have called several times with no answer and no way to leave a message. Who is running this joke of an operation?!"

"NO COMMUNICATION!!! I'd give negative stars if I could!!! They cancelled my order and didn't bother to tell me. They had three ways to do it and I had to find out why my product wasn't delivered by logging in and checking tracking info myself. I had my workers here and ready and could have saved them and me a lot of headache and trouble had I known the order had been sent back."

"I have to edit my review. Even though I am upset with the extremely late delivery I have to commend the effort of the delivery guy. He apparently got off work, had to pick up his daughter, then delivered my package. I feel their dispatcher should have done a better job communicating."

"If there were less starts I would rate it lower. I attempted to call the company directly before public posting, but got no answer and no way to leave a message. We were scheduled for "white glove delivery" through Home Depot and this was the third party delivery service contracted. Although someone was at home, our doorbell was never rung and I recevied a motion alert from our doorbell and saw them leaving the heavy and large grill on our porch. I attempted to speak to them through the doorbell and was ignored. It just so happened that I was around the corner from our home and got their attention after they left our home. I asked if they just made a deliver to our address, the driver confirmed, and I asked if they could return to complete the full delivery of the item to the desired room (as instructed on the order form and paid for) and was told "No, we are a third party delivery and don't do that. You have to call Home Depot and get your money back." Home Depot is now going above and beyond to right the situation, as I have no way to move the large item myself (hence why I gladly paid the additional cost for extra service). Poor all the way around."
