"My latest encounter is when they threw a vinyl record over the gated fence (that's not locked in the slightest) on a rainy day instead of placing it at the front door like they're supposed to. I get it that it's raining and you don't want to get out of your vehicle. But it's also your job. I HEARD that vinyl hit the ground. I just hope that this very limited vinyl isn't broken. I can't replace it. I have had nothing but problems with them being absolutely lazy and careless with packages."

"Bless it. This place is the worst. At this point, just shut it down. Ridiculous. They're never open, even if you go at posted "open" times, and depending on the day and the worker you get at the counter (if lucky enough to actually catch one there), you may receive poor and rude service. We now drive over to Robertsdale Post office (a 15 min drive for us) and use their PO boxes. It's a shame too, because that place stays slammed busy!! Prob because everyone that lives in Loxley is also using THEM! Ha!"

"Delivery service is terrible. Driver is too lazy to take packages to the house claiming that my driveway is inaccessible (despite people being able to get low cars down the drive with no issue). If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox I can expect to have to pick my own package up."

"This post office is ridiculous. My husband went Saturday & was there at 10:50am. They close at 11am however they were already closed. Another instance, I go to pick up a package that I've been notified about that's ready for pickup today, 4/29, & the lady was extremely rude. If you don't like your job, get a new one! I've only given this place 1 star because of you don't give any stars, you can't post a review."

"Seriously the worst post office of anywhere I have ever lived. We have gone as far as to put arrows on the mailboxes that point at the correct houses and they STILL deliver to the wrong house or just not at all. Once you put a ticket in the package magically appears. Packages also arrive at their office and are sent back out to different incorrect cities instead of being delivered...we literally live a block away. Can see the post office from the house"
