"I simply went in to get tax forms. I was looking at the forms on the cart next to door. Librarian was checking out customer. She stopped. In a loud voice said all the forms we have are in the box just 3 forms. I saw a shelf with a box.under it and started to bend down to look. She stated that all the forms were in the top box. I said my daughter had moved and I was looking for info on moving expenses. She reminded me that all the forms were in the box, just 3 forms. I said well alrighty and left. I was not doing anything wrong and tax forms are free- last time I checked. I was embarrased . She might have had a bad day but it was not necessary to take it out on me."
"Outstanding customer service, will order books from the other libraries, patiently instruct proper computer systems, they don't know a stranger, will chitchat with you and make you feel very welcome."
"Best activities for kids all ages. Computers work great. Great selection of books and movie's. If there isn't something available they will order from another branch. Beautiful and clean."
