"Went with our 4yr old granddaughter today 6/20/22 And was told by some teen girl that the splash pad Was closed because there is a day camp there now Then she decided that our granddaughter could play for one hour only , so we spoke with a different lady that said it was ok for her to play but no one could seem to turn the water on !!! It is very hard watching a little girl walk away so very disappointed ! If the splash pad is going to close for day camps maybe at least post it so people know !!! Other than that last year we really enjoyed it !"

"A well maintained basketball court with a quiet environment. Painted lines clearly show free throw line and circle but miss a three point arc. The backboards are made of steel which makes it a little bouncy. Regarding the asphalt surface, it is not suitable for a competitive game but really good for a relaxed play."

"Very peaceful place to relax. You can walk your dog or animals in the open space out doors or come in and play basketball. Every year at Washington Park they have a voting stations set up hear for the community. The workers are always great to talk with. I hear they should be putting splash pad type of water park in the open space next to the outdoor basketball court but I am not sure why they have not started it was announced over a year ago. They also have a small playground for the kids to play on. Over all a very good park for the community. Will be even better then the water park comes..."
