"This is my second time staying at this hotel, service still great!!! I was expecting something to change, but they deliver just like on my last stay! Definitely my favorite place to stay in Fishers."

"One of the worst stays I have ever had. By far the worst costumer service. Liz at the front desk was one of the rudest people. I had an issue that couldn’t be solved at check in but I was told could be solved at check out. Liz did not want to handle the situation and was saying “I’m sure you were told that but I don’t know so I’m not going to do it” I went to clarify with her that she was refusing to help me with something and she stayed “yep exactly” I asked to speak to a manager or someone above her and she said she wasn’t going to get anybody and slapped a card in front of me saying feel free to call and complain right here. I did email the assistant GM on the card she gave me and have also sent an email to corporate about having my issue resolved and about the horrible customer experience. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar at best. The hardwood floors make it cold and loud. I was disappointed to only have a shower in the room and even that was small and cramped and tile seemed not clean. I will never stay at this location again."

"Very nice place, big rooms, affordable prices. Friendly and usefull staff will assist you for your needs. Only cons I forgot a pair of shorts and a sweater for in the room closet and when I call them in the afternoon to check they didn't found it... strange... but was my fault."

"The staff is great. Love the Holiday Inn pillows. Conveniently located to fast food and Walmart. Elevator is slow and old. Have stayed here 3 times this year for work. Never had a problem"

"Rooms are beyond dated. Window coverings were terrible, had to use binder clips to close it. No carpet in rooms. Noise from adjoining room was ridiculous! I could hear them as clearly as being in the same room. I’ve stayed in HIE under construction that were more peaceful and quiet."
