"This store claims to open at 8am on Saturday. Today 2/3/24 the store was still closed at 8:15. Not the first time, seems routine employees don't show up. A few good employees however not many. A shining example of what's wrong with businesses...lousy customer service and overpriced. An utter failure, the owner must be proud!"

"My wife had to trim my hair after a shower. The worst haircut ever at a Great Clips. Will not let the male stylist(?) their cut my hair again."

"Checked in online, waited 26 minutes, wait said 33 minutes, as I was sitting there an old gentleman came in and asked for a haircut, after much discussion, the worker took him back ahead of the line, skipping people who had sat there for half an hour waiting for their turn. What kind of place operates this way? Went to supercuts down the road and was a much better experience."

"I just received a haircut which is…ok. I think the stylist was struggling to understand what I was asking for, and she kept making strange statements. When I said I didn’t want a part in my hair, she said “that’s what god gave you.” I had to style it myself. She kept talking about really strange conspiracy theories about “med-beds” that can grow your limbs back, but have been kept secret for 70 years. She also said that we are about to meet our galactic family… buck wild."

"The hairdresser used an electric clipper without using a comb. He shaved off a portion of my sideburn on one side, creating an uneven height with one side higher than the other. His clipper was very blunt, causing me a lot of pain and being very rough. Well, I shouldn't have paid for this haircut; they should be the one compensating me."
