"I received a pink slip with my name on it stating I had a package. I go to the post office and give the lady the slip. She brings me back a package but it has the wrong name on it. I tell her and she asked was it the right address. I told her yes but it was my mom's not mine. Our names are very different so I asked her to check again. She asked what size package and she guessed she could check again. I said I'm not sure but it's from a friend of mine and I've been waiting a while for it. She went to look again but once again just another package with my mom's name on it stating it was the same address. At this point she seemed really irritated, I asked if it was possible they put the wrong name on the slip, hoping the answer was no because I don't see how that could happen. She said I guess and took my slip. So now I have no slip to prove I was supposed to have a package and left with packages that weren't mine. Even after I stated that wasn't who I was."
"April 7, 2021. The most absolute lazy delivery person today. Package was apparently too large to fit in mail box. And this person was too sorry to go to the door. Low-life, sorry and lazy personel in the field."
"Stopped in during a roadtrip looking for a plain mailing box. The lady at the counter was very helpful and even gave me the box I picked out for free, since they weren't selling that style of box anymore. Space is small but staff was friendly!"
"Mail lady took it upon herself to write on my mailbox with a paint pen. She is leaving notes for another driver. I’ve removed it twice now and she did it again and left a note saying that “mailboxes are for USPS use.” Well, my mailbox does not just get mail from USPS & USPS did not pay for my mailbox, I did! This person is to stop writing in my mailbox immediately or I will press charges for vandalism."
"They returned the birthday card I mailed to my 87 year old dad. They refused to place it in his PO box because I included an extra line in his address. His PO box number was clearly written directly below his name. My dad has lived in this small town, and maintained the same PO box number for over 10 years! Bad service!"
