"Worst shipping service ever! The people in Birmingham said it was on the truck and I was getting texts saying it would be delivered today and of course it wasn't. When I called the US Customer Service number, they were of no help. I will start using FedEx."
"VERY BAD SERVICE by UPS MY FOOD ITEMS COURIER IS WITH THEM FROM PAST 7DAYS and they are not delivering me and not at all calling me. I am going to register a complaint against them to the COPS. My Name : Madhu. T USELESS PEOPLE I needed a 500$ refund since my food items got wasted"
"I'm a seasonal employee so I've been in and out of the place for years. They really should beef up their inside advancement process. I have applications that have been sitting in the portal for years unchecked I assume. Trying to follow up is a frustrating waste of time."
"Worst- Call the "customer support line" it's a nightmare to get a live person. When you do they don't have any of the correct information. I called the day prior to the delivery to remove the signature required status. Agent 1 does that. But not really because they attempted delivery but didn't leave it. Why - because they can't remove the signature required from sprint. Then I spoke with a supervisor who scheduled my shipment for the next day. - Happy Then the next day comes and instead they return it to Sprint / T Mobile. They can get it texas over night but to my house in alabama 20 miles from where it was ... No. Not Happy. Customer service guy 2 says we can turn it around. Then Derrick from Birmingham says everything everyone else told me is wrong. Sorry they created this issue but they can't do anything to fix it. Then said since I was upset ended the call. I did not use curse words, I didn't threaten him. I know the rules of service. Worst delivery service hands down. DO NOT USE them they do not care about you, your packages, or the service they seem to be unable to provide. Update after response: After a month I get a response to this. I confirmed the number that called me was from this location. It was someone at this location. I can't help the fact that the "customer service agent "( using the term very loosely) lied to me about his name. This issue started with the call center that represents your store. Then continued with an employee at this location. But thanks for proving my point. Pass the buck instead of an apology for these issues."
"I received a call from customer service representative stating I had a package that could not be delivered because I had moved but if I call the 800 number he left on my answering machine, I could change my address and then they would deliver my package. Well, that didn't happen. I am unable to change the address. I was told by another representative, the sender would have to change the address who by the way lives in Texas. Now I have to go and pick it up. I've been trying to get this package for 2 days."
