Pizza Hut

"I ordered a pizza online. Pizza came out to be about 30 dollars top. The pizza was set to deliver at 3:15. At 3:30 I thought maybe they could just be a little backed up. However I called the store and automated voice advised me my order had been CANCELLED!!! That’s WILD called back to speak to an actual person and I was hung up on!! That’s crazy!"

"This place is absolutely trash! We have ordered pizza through the Pizza Hut app but the order was NEVER received! They also use door dash drivers as their delivery drivers! I don’t know if it’s the system they use or someone is dropping the ball, BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!"

"Just like any place not everyone has great costumer service. But it wasn't bad just meh. But I enjoyed the Big Box it was tasty. So for me 7/10"

"Very good people everybody talks & joking around good place for a job I hope I get employed there and I'm sure if they cook like theyare just enjoyed each other so I'm sure the food is good it good and clean I recommend you have some pizza from there thanks and have a blessed night or day!"

"I am not satisfied with my purchase. I ordered online at 6:45 CST on 8/09/2023. I didn't receive my order until 8:17 p.m and the pizzas were cold and horrible. I use my rewards for boneless wings and they were not with my order at delivery. Called the store many of times just to get no answer. I am a loyal customer who earn rewards and will like for my reward points to be added back to my account since I didn't receive my items. This isn't first or last time I have experience bad service with Pizza hut and not receiving items ordered and can't get a solution to what I am owed. I am not a happy customer and do not believe if this situation is rectified that I will ever be a customer again."
