"Dr. James is a very caring doctor and he always show that h is concerned about his patients❤️"
"As i sit here reviewing the reviews from others wondering where I went so wrong? My 1st visit with Dr King was wonderful so I decided to have the hip surgery they said I needed. After the initional visit i cannot get anyone to talk with me about problems I had post surgery. I feel very neglected. I will never make this mistake again. Hard lesson to live with. You never know what you get after they get your money."
"I scheduled an appointment with Dr. King and got in fairly quickly. Had a little outpatient procedure two weeks later! He took care of my hand and I am back to normal day to day activities! I would recommend him and Tuscaloosa Orthopedic & Joint Institute to my friends!"
"From my initial phone call to Dr. King’s office, I was treated with kindness. I was given an appointment for the following morning. The wait time was minimal when I arrived. The X-ray tech was efficient and kind like everyone in the office. Dr. King’s PA, and Dr King were professional, knowledgeable and kind. Both took their time and listened attentively to what I told them. His office staff got my MRI approved and scheduled the same day. I highly recommend Dr. King for any of your orthopedic needs. You won’t be disappointed."
"My first appointment went well enough but my follow up appointment was awful. I waited almost two hours after my scheduled appointment and finally had to leave. Wasted my entire morning. Staff said they had “lost their PA” so that’s why they were so behind. When I asked to reschedule another lady behind the desk proclaimed that I’d be waiting the same time at that point as well so I asked for a refund. This told me a few things; 1. Despite KNOWING they’d be behind they still wanted to cram a patient into any opening they could instead of leaving some open to accommodate for the slow down. 2. They care nothing for the patients time because they aren’t lessening their bookings. When will we stop normalizing this behavior we would not accept in pretty much ANY other profession? If the quality (which includes scheduling) of your practice is suffering then adapt to compensate, even if that means a little less profit for a bit."
