"The store is always full of people. Hard to shop, but they have a great selection. Love their clearance section. Some prices are quite high but overall a decent place to shop."
"DO NOT GO TO THIS OLD NAVY!! I walked in to look at jeans and one employee came up and asked me if I needed any help. I told her that I was looking for a good pair of jeans and she directed me to the different jean styles they had for men. As she was helping me, this other lady, who turned out to be the manager, rudely interrupted us and forced her to go to the back of the store to do who knows what. When the employee who helped me went to the back, I asked the manager, Mo, to help me pick out the jeans. Her response: “Sorry I don’t have time to help. We’re closing soon.” Excuse me, but if you hadn’t interrupted your employee, I would have been out in 5 minutes! I tried to explain this to her but she wouldn’t listen. I will NOT go back to this Old Navy while Mo works there because it’s clear that Old Navy doesn’t care about the customer’s satisfaction, or even how to effectively manage their employees."
