"I'm fairly certain that the employee didn't understand what was being asked over the phone. She was very rude and short and told us we had to have a number to get the info that we needed. With Covid we are trying to stay out of the store and wanted to verify they had what we wanted in their inventory. She eventually said she didn't have what I wanted to purchase and hung up. I was able to call the Kendallville store and they were able to assist me with what I was wanting to get. Funny thing is according to their system Columbia City had one in stock. I will be doing my business with Kendallville even though it is a much further drive."
