"I live 15 minutes away and always have trouble with the automated system. Called in and was sent to the cashier, who then sent me to the pharmacy who put me on hold and sent me to customerservice. The Profesional Customer service rep then sent me back and it ended after another long hold with a dial tone. Terrible phone service from the pharmacy. otherwise, I do enjoy their service. Not if when they waste the time of the very nice customer service rep and cashier. The customer service rep and cashier deserve 5 stars."
"This Kroger appears to employ an exorbitant amount of employees, unfortunately none of them actually work there. I attempted to use the self check out machine which rejected my purchase not once but 3 times and all the while I waited for a good 15 minutes total for the one employee to assist me while watching SIX employees including the acting store manager stand around and chit chat while I tried desperately to comfort my baby who had had enough. I love Kroger, but do yourself a favor and choose literally any other surrounding Kroger and avoid this facility."
