"2pm on a Friday. 2 registers open. Both lines reached back to half way through the store. This is not a holiday. The last 2 times I have been there, line length was similar. This seems to be the norm for this store. I refuse to wait 30 minutes in line. I feel like just crossing this store off of my list for shopping."

"I go here grab certain things when they are on sale, but make sure to never stop in when I'm in a hurry. Good for them that they are so busy, but I'm always prepared to stand in a long, slow-moving line. Doesn't really bother me. The customer service is great, the store clean and well lit, and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. I do try not to use the bathrooms though, they normally aren't the cleanest."
