"As someone who enjoys sewing, crocheting and other craft projects I really like shopping around to see what they have. It's pretty organized and I can usually find what I need or some version of it."

"Poor online ordering service. I ordered online an item that the store was out of, however once the order was placed it stalled in processing for a week. When I decided to cancel I discovered that there isn’t a way to cancel once the order has been placed, even though it has not yet shipped. In recent weeks this location has been in chaos with whole aisles filled with boxes. I’ve enjoyed Joann’s in the past but now I am unimpressed."

"Joanns keeps going down hill- especially in regards to their online ordering. No communication, cancelling without reason, and no option to even try to reorder or partially fill. If you don’t have the inventory- then don’t show multiple items in stock on the site just to cancel later that night. I don’t even fully blame employees, corporate needs to shape up. This is not the only Joann’s site I’ve had an issue with if online ordering."

"This was my first time going here. They have alot of really nice things, but im giving it only two stars because of the game they play where they increase the price and then say it's on sale, making you believe that you are getting the item cheaper. For example they have life size skeletons for $99, and its 40% off, so it would be around $60. The same exact skeleton is at Walmart for only $28! Everything I looked at for Halloween was just so expensive. I will not be going back."

"Amazing craft store! With a large selection of fabrics, patterns, and home decor. The store was well laid out and kept very clean. The staff were friendly and quick to checkout."
