"Terrible firm. Years ago, Susan represented my father for many years. She too would show up to her job unprepared. SHE HUMILIATED OUR FAMILY after the last court appt we had. She represented us for about 10 years and nothing was done for my father's case. After the last court appt, she told us she no longer wanted to represent us. I remember as a child hearing her YELLING at my parents that she did not want to represent us. No professionalism and no compassion. We later found a compassionate and caring lawyer who put his whole heart and soul in my father's case. And what she didn't do in ALMOST 10 YEARS of hiring her, our other lawyer was ABLE TO DO IT IN 2 years. What is funny about it is that the same judge that rejected my father's case when Susan was our lawyer, was the SAME JUDGE gave my father the opportunity to finally receive his residency.
