"We came in to purchase a new bed and Bob took care of us from start to finish. There were a nice amount of customers but Bob still made us feel like the only customer while multi-tasking. He provided us suggestions throughout walking around the store and allowed us to take our time on each bed. We were able to come to a compromise and even added some upgrades per Bob's suggestion.
