"Our local terminal and sales is rep is great, but corporate XPO is horrible. Billing errors, constant extra fees charged, freight delays for over a week on the last two loads. Damage is becoming more and more common. Several of our vendors and customers refuse to ship via XPO now due to these problems."

When I went to pick my order up the girl at the front desk tried to rush me to sign off on receiving the shipment before I had an opportunity to inspect it. Thankfully one of the dock workers made sure I knew the damages were there prior to him loading it up for me. I will never do business with them again if I can help it."

"I typically do not write reviews about service, but the customer service with this company is TERRIBLE!! We order items for insureds who have lost stuff in fires, hurricanes, thefts, etc. XPO Logistics called our office about setting up a delivery of Serta mattress (we ordered from Sam's Club). We gave them the insured phone # and told them that it would be best to call them directly. They called us back 4 different times asking the same info. I contacted them and looks like EVERY ONE we talked, all 5 times failed to put the correct # in the system and had not reached out to our insured about delivery. This family went through a hurricane and XPO Logistics had their mattress for 3 plus weeks and failed to contact my customer and when I called I was told the 1st available delivery was 2 weeks out. I explained this was not acceptable as we had given them the contact # 5 times and they failed to contact them. I asked for a manager and was told the only way to contact them was by email (as it seems they send their customer service off-shore). I gave Mal (XPO rep) my person cell # as I would not be in the office at 8 pm and needed this resolved. NO CALL. I called the next day and got the same story from Cissel and guess what NO CALL. This company has horrible customer service and if you are a business who uses them to ship your product I would think twice as the customers on this side are receiving very poor service."

"Unprofessional drivers with idaf attitudes and the office personnel aren't any better. Absolutely no follow-up on trying to file a damage claim, that's where the low rating on the driver in a rush and " didn't know how to list it" on the bill of lading."
