"Delivery dropper did not drop package off at my door. Tiffany called from the ups stating the delivery person dropped my package off at the front door. She also state that the person had a package for another house across from me which was a lie also(tried to file a claim and it would not go through. The delivery driver did not take pictures, ring the doorbell or anything I have cameras. They need to hire some real and non thieving azz people. If their workers want what people have work more or invest wisely."

"This store is HANDS DOWN the best UPS store I've used. All staff are so friendly, helpful and hard working. Customer service is superb. For shipping and print orders they have never let me down. I hardly ever leave reviews but after another incredible experience this AM I really wanted to share about my years of great experience. They also have an amazon kiosk now where you can package your own items to return, but they are still happy to help you get it returned!"
