"They are a joke don't ever go to this company they don't care about their driver. My wife and kids got in a car wreck and I called to tell them I need to got home they told me if I left then I was fired"

Going down the highway he came into my lane (I was in the right lane he was cursing the left) then proceeded to swerve at the vehicle causing my husband to have to hit the brakes and go off the road. Trying to get away and he was still catching up to us till his exit. Driving for vacation with our son. This was terrifying and my life felt like it was in danger. Company was contacted ASAP"

"Perdido Trucking hauls out of the Pensacola materials yard I work at. 1/3 of their drivers are a daily problem and safety risk, aggressive and confrontational in and out of the trucks. They throw trash in our employee parking lot and on the truck scale. We have 1 CB channel we use for the yard. We have to stay on it. Perdido drivers use that channel to curse at our staff and make jokes about us. If you hire Perdido Trucking or if they pick up or deliver to you, then you're going to get some drivers like this, foul language smart mouths talking down to you and your staff and trying to pick fights."

"I am actually an employee with this Company and in my opinion they are a really good outfit to work for. Really haven't had many issues with them. Pretty good benefits as well although seems pricey for the insurance however, Perdido is actually saving me some money on my paycheck by having my insurance paid out prior to my check being taxed. Which if you're wondering yes this is legal. So if you're looking for a local company to work for check them out."

"Worked here.. trained only. Excessive training, bc my truck wasnt ready. Quit 1 day before my truck was ready... i just couldnt stand another day not making money.. would definitely love to go back, but hopefully with a truck ready to go instead of having to wait.. returning to work and give it another try on 6/20/19 :-)"
