"This store charged more than the price on the shelf. When I told the cashier she told me they are changing many prices and haven't been able to change all the shelf tags. Byer beware...in this case they didn't change the price for us."

"The store was in fine condition, but both cashiers working were on video calls while checking out customers. I think this is extremely rude that they were on personal video calls while working."

"I'd like to start out by saying that everyone working during this pandemic is a hero in my eyes. I'd also like to say that I've noticed the change in Family Dollars around town. Having a person to greet you at the door and that same person helping you with your purchase to your car is outstanding. I'm seeing a lot of new employees and they have been very professional. I've seen this at the 25th and Martin Luther King and the Georgetown Rd location. One store was a lot cleaner but I think they're working on that. Hats off to Family Dollar!!!!! Keep up the great work and THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!"

"This place has gone down hill over time. Store is not clean. I'm just annoyed with the store. Couldnt get through isles due to boxes everywhere. It was just horrible, unorganized and dirty. Only plus side is the cashier (i didn't get his name but he worked today 8/7 at 5:15) was very nice and had good customer service skills."

"This is an absolutely awful store. I walked through the door with a bag from a different store. They insisted that I leave it up front. The same with my sister's bag. When we left we noticed that the cashier had gone through both our bags. There were also boxes everywhere and it was impossible to move through the aisles. It was a complete mess and an absolute nightmare. I would recommend that you never set foot through the door."
