"Ordered an item from them online and tried to contact them by email and phone multiple times with zero response. They’ve charged my credit card for items that have never shipped. They may have been a reliable business at some point but that’s no longer the case. Their website has been down for weeks and they are non-responsive. Avoid them at all costs. It’s not worth the risk."

"I bought a recliner from here that I found through Facebook. They replied back to messages much faster than any other business I've ever talked to. After getting the recliner home, the electric motor failed that evening. I got in contact and they virtually helped me look for common issues. When that didn't turn up anything, they had me being the chair back in. The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to find the issue. He then added in extra mounts to act as precautionary measures to prevent the issue. They fixed the chair at no cost to me and in a very timely manner. Dealing with 812 Deals was a great experience. I'll definitely look here for my future furniture needs."
