"Cant give an honest review of work because we never got that far. Requested a quote for a sump pump pit and two 10 foot lateral lines to be installed in my 4 ft tall crawlspace. Technician told me it would cost $5500. I immediately said Nooooooo. Technician made a call and within 5 minutes bid was down to $3500. I respectfully told him not interested. Then he asked "what price I was thinking". (felt like I was negotiating for a used car)I had a huge issue with fact that scope of work remained the same but bid came down $2000 with no work being changed...This told me that work could have been done initially for $3500 but they escalated the price just in case I was willing to pay.. How many Seniors wouldnt know the difference and think they were getting a good deal from a "reputable company" at $5500 I completed entire project the next day in aprox. 7 hours with numerous trips for supplies."

"Chris was very good. I have no complaints with Chris. The service seemed to take a long time not due to his skill but because he had to leave to get material. We are rural I know the drive time is longer but maybe more material and tools on the truck would have saved time . I am satisfied with Chris he is courteous and explained what and why. We called 3 other businesses and they could not come or didn't call back. You service and communication was excellent. We will call you if and when again.. Thanks"
