Also when a customer is trying to talk to you maybe you should look up and acknowledge when the customer is talking to you... I would never suggest anybody doing business with this man. Very bad customer service. When you have warranty and you send pictures and your furniture place has said that it is under warranty and this furniture matters place doesn’t say anything about it costing one shouldn’t start working and then tell the customer it isn’t covered and you are now going to have to pay if you don’t have an extended warranty when we in fact called in the warranty time."
