"Need the tool last month when I ordered it. Ordered 4 items online. 3 of 4 items needed shipped to this store. A week later i got an email that the 3 items arrived and i could pick them up. The item that was instock when I ordered they didn't have anymore. I ended waiting over a month for that item to be delivered even though there were multiple sets of it at another store an hour and half away."

"A month long debacle with a factory shipped tool has made me so livid I will never recommend Northern Tool as a vendor. This is a huge company that clearly does not care about MY small company. Daily phone calls with multiple sales associates and “supervisors” has gotten me nowhere. Northern Tool has tied up over $1000 of my money and made it difficult to obtain the tool I ordered. I have called and asked daily for the incorrect tool to be picked up so that I can recieve a refund the tool I ordered. Horrible customer service. I’ve placed two orders in the last year, & both have been negative experiences."
