"I had my first physical therapy session today with Natalie Shannon and it was a wonderful experience. She paid close attention to detail with all of my intake information and exercises. She also did a great job of explaining each exercise and the importance of building strength back up in my ankle for a long term solution to my preexisting injury. Natalie sent me home with several exercises that I can work on between sessions. I am already experiencing some relief from my injury. Lastly, the P4 office and therapy space is ideal for rehabilitation. It is one of the nicer facilities I've done therapy in. Highly recommend!"
